About Revere Marine


Revere Marine is a small business providing shipbuilding and repair marine engineering consulting and project management services. Project management consulting services including, but not limited to, reviewing, tracking, distributing and executing the project based on information regarding contracts, correspondence, billings, estimating, planning and scheduling, production management, quality management practice and other project documentation for vessel construction and repairs to assist marine facilities, owners and institutions maintain contract and regulatory compliance and project integrity. 

Revere Marine is a certified SBE/DBE/WBE with Washington (home state), California and New York. The company has been operating since May 2012 and the home office is in Brush Prairie, Washington, United States.

Todd Mickelson


Project Engineer

Todd Mickelson is an experienced project and program manager with a diverse background spanning the automotive, construction, and maritime industries.

In the maritime sector, he successfully oversaw complex shipyard vessel maintenance and repair projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. His responsibilities included development and management of project scope, budget, and schedule, while collaborating closely with customers, engineering teams, and the workforce. Clients included commercial fishing fleets, tug fleets, and local ferry operators.

In addition, Todd has been responsible for creating competitive bids and management of contractual documentation for private and government customers. Tasks included effectively managing technical specifications, working through competitive pricing analyses, and providing CAD support.

Todd’s experience is further bolstered in the construction industry where he provided scheduling, budgeting, and change management support for large-scale transportation projects in the greater Seattle area. In the automotive sector, Todd’s responsibilities involved collaboration with technical teams and engineering leadership, focusing on the testing and validation of heavy duty truck designs and associated embedded software.

Finally, Todd’s experience as a USRowing National Team Athlete reflects his commitment to excellence, discipline, and teamwork—qualities he brings to every professional endeavor.
